1Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the dv44 website, mobile site, and all its services.
• "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered personal gaming account.
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds and bonus funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or rewards granted by dv44.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The following conditions must be met to use the dv44 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts of underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
• You must act on your own behalf; operating an account on behalf of another person or under the direction of a third party is prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• You are participating in gaming or betting activities voluntarily and online gaming of this nature is not legally prohibited in your area.

3Account Registration & Security

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. dv44 reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit its balance if false or misleading information is provided.

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Account information may be updated at any time; identity verification may be required for certain changes.
• dv44 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dv44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited per method.
Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum of ৳1,000 may be withdrawn per method.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• The payment account used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• Deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activities; any attempt at manipulation will result in immediate account closure.
• dv44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions, which may affect processing times.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dv44 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Bonus Examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times — on the bonus funds only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus.

The following additional conditions also apply:

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per user account.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• dv44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6Gaming Rules

The dv44 platform offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and many other game types. Each game category has its own rules, which should be reviewed before starting a game.

• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, the related bet may be cancelled and the original funds returned.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.
• dv44 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• dv44 will not be held liable for losses resulting from technical failures or network issues.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offences:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using false or fraudulent identities to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to conduct gaming or betting.
• Being involved in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Attempting to introduce malicious software into dv44's systems.

8Account Suspension & Closure

dv44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false documents.
• Instructions from a court or legal authority.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of closure will be returned after settlement, provided no active investigation is ongoing.

9Responsible Gaming

dv44 believes gaming is an entertainment activity, not an addiction. We encourage users to play responsibly.

• Users can set deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits on their accounts.
• You may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek professional help immediately.
• Never play with borrowed money or funds needed for daily living expenses.

11Limitation of Liability

dv44 will not be held liable for the following:

• Interruptions to gameplay caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Problems arising from technical failures of third parties (payment gateways, game providers).
• Account credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

In any situation, dv44's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.

12Dispute Resolution

Any complaint or dispute should first be directed to our support team for resolution. We aim to settle all reasonable disputes promptly.
